Every Mumin is encouraged to play an active and integral role within the 12 Umoor system, reflecting the understanding that belonging to the Jamaat is central to one’s identity as a Mumin. As Rasulullah (SAW) has said, “Allah’s hand is over the Jamaat,” emphasising the strength and blessings found in unity. While community life calls for prioritising collective wellbeing, it also ensures that each individual benefits from its support and shared purpose.

The 12 Umoor framework is designed to make khidmat accessible to every Mumin, Muminah and their children, offering meaningful opportunities to contribute through their unique skills and interests.
